Last Week in School...
We played a new math game called Close to 100 in math class. We have a lot of fun playing our games with our partners!
We had our first character assembly.
Sophia won the award for having the best sportsmanship in the class. Our class also won 2 golden awards for behavior in specials. We won the golden shoe from PE and the golden microphone for Music!

Last Week in School...
We solved story problems in math using different strategies.
We love keyboarding!
We wrote descriptions of our classroom. We split into groups, and each group described one area of the classroom. We started by making word webs, and then using the webs to write a story. One person from each group read their description to the class.
We got to watch Simmons Middle School's Homecoming Parade.
Some of us even caught footballs they were throwing!
We got to hula-hoop in PE class.
We made a list of community helpers in Social Studies.
