October 3-7

Math: We will continue reading and making graphs. We will use bar graphs and double bar graphs to organize data.

Spelling: We have a review spelling list this week. NO CHALLENGE WORDS

Math: We will collect class data and make graphs. We will also learn how to read a double bar graph. We will learn a fun new game called Guess My Rule.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have vowel diphthongs.

Math: We will review hundreds, tens, and ones and how many more to get to 100 and 200. We will solve addition story problems with doubles. We will play our math games, Make A Dollar and Close to 100. We will take our Unit 1 math test. We will begin unit 2 about graphing.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have long vowel digraphs.

Math: We will be solving story problems by adding and subtracting two digit numbers. We will be figuring out how many more to get to 100 and 200. We will also be making numbers using hundreds, tens, and ones. We will learn 2 new math games, Collect $2 and Close to 100. We will be taking our first math test!

Spelling: Our spelling words are all plural this week.
