A Classroom Tour...

This is our classroom library full of AR books with
a computer to take AR tests.

This is our language arts focus wall which has
our weekly vocab words on top.

This is our math focus wall. We will add more strategies
to the wall as we learn them.

The folders on the front of the desks are for unfinished work
and corrections.

I made these bathroom signs from plates from the dollar store
and sharpie markers. The kids sign their names on them so we

know who needs to clean up a mess if there is one. :)

I hang no name papers from this sign. The students write their first
and last name 10 times for each no name paper they have.

This is a great rummage sale find that holds a lot of our math manipulates!

We do brain break activities when we are getting restless and need a break.
Our Quiet Critter come out when we need to do an activity without talking.
Whoever has their critter left when we are done gets a reward!

Our daily assignments will be written on this board.
The students will have to write them in their planners.
This will be our word wall.
Homework Club is a reward system for students who always bring
back their homework. The students with their picture still on the board
at the end of each month get a reward.

I love the bright welcome letters!
If we have trouble hanging on to our pencils, I will challenge the
students to see who can keep theirs for a certain time period.
If they still have theirs at the end, they will get a reward.
Our name tags hang here so we don't lose them. Also on
the shelf are our small group reading books.
This is my desk. I decorated it with a table cloth and
 made letters from construction paper.
      These are our classroom rules.
This is our 5 minutes until dismissal checklist. I love the last one!
Thank a classmate for something they did to help you today.

My dad built me this awesome storage center. It holds all of
 my bulletin board materials!

This is our classroom door with our 4-S hallway line sign.
