April 7-11

Math: We will finish learning about arrays and begin learning about division.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have suffixes.

Language Arts: We will learn how to find the author's purpose in stories we read. We will also learn about conjunctions, homonyms, and onomatopoeia. Our vocabulary words this week are: cardboard, feast, fierce, flights, pitcher, ruined, stoops, and treasure. Reading: Our story of the week is Me and Uncle Romie.

Writing: We will continue writing a story about catching butterflies.

Science: We will finish learning about natural resources.
