March 24-28

Math: We will continue solving multiplication problems. We will also begin working with arrays.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have vowel patterns.

Language Arts: We will learn how to sequence events in stories and draw conclusions about them as well. We will also learn about adverbs. Our vocabulary words this week are: raindrops, memories, homesick, farewell, airport, cellar, curious, delicious, and described. Reading: Our story of the week is Good-Bye, 382 Shin Dang Dong.

Writing: We will write a story about catching butterflies.

Social Studies: We will use maps to learn about parts of the United States.

Handwriting: We will learn uppercase cursive G and S.
