~REMINDER~

Family Literacy Day is Thursday at 1:00!

NO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!!

Math: We will continue solving multiplication and division problems. We will also be working on gathering data from temperature graphs.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have vowel patterns.

Language Arts: We will learn how to sequence events in stories and draw conclusions about them as well. We will also learn about adverbs. Our vocabulary words this week are: raindrops, memories, homesick, farewell, airport, cellar, curious, delicious, and described. Pictures

We wrote stories for President's Day about what we'd do if we were president.



For Groundhog's Day, we researched groundhogs and wrote a report about them.



Aglaia was our character trait winner of the month! She always shows great friendship!


We used color tiles to help find the area of rectangles.





 Our class earned two golden awards at the character assembly. 


We dressed in green for Green Eggs and Ham day.


We made array cards to help us practice our multiplication facts.



We celebrated Homework Club for the month of February. These kids all remembered their homework every time for the month!


We dressed in stripes for Cat in the Hat day.


We played a math game with our array cards.





We read Dr. Seuss books to our Kindergarten buddies for Read Across America.










We ate green eggs and ham for Dr. Seuss's birthday!





We dressed in wacky clothes for Wacky Wednesday.



We wore neon colors for My Many Colored Days.
