December 19-23

Math: We will continue solving distance riddles. We will start comparing numbers and writing several equations for them.

Writing: We will write thank you letters to our volunteers for Junior Achievement. We will also begin writing our New Year's Resolutions.

Social Studies: We will listen to a speaker from the Dakota Prairie Museum.

Handwriting: We will learn lowercase cursive o and w.

WE DO NOT HAVE SPELLING WORDS THIS WEEK!

WE WILL HAVE OUR CHRISTMAS PARTY ON FRIDAY THE 23RD.

December 12-16

Math: We will solve distance riddles. We will continue to solve story problems as well.

Math: We will work on solving story problems using a variety of strategies. We will also solve related facts.

Spelling: Our spelling words this week all have prefixes.

***Christmas Program***

The Christmas program will be December 8th at 9:30 and 1:30 in the school gym. Hope to see you there.

November 28-December 2

Math: We will continue working on solving story problems using different strategies. We will learn a new math game, Capture on the 300 Chart.

These kids made it to Homework Club for the month of October! They remembered their homework every time!
